| abstract |
The present invention provides methods, compositions, kits and systems useful in the determination and evaluation of immunological repertoire using genomic DNA from a biological sample. Target-specific primers allow efficient amplification of T cell receptor and B cell receptor chain sequences with improved sequencing accuracy and resolution on the repertoire. Variable region nucleic acid sequences associated with the immune cell receptor are determined to effectively represent clonal diversity of a biological sample and / or differences associated with the repertoire of immune cells of a biological sample. |
