abstract Provided are a plasticizer composition and a resin composition, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the present invention may provide a plasticizer, which may improve physical properties, such as plasticizing efficiency, migration, tensile strength, elongation rate, stress resistance, and light resistance, required for a sheet formulation when used as a plasticizer of a resin composition, by improving poor physical properties that have been ascribed to structural limitations, and a resin composition including the plasticizer.
