titleOfInvention Method for producing a form element
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing at least one molded element (110). The invention further relates to a shaped element (110), a computer program and a device (148) for producing shaped elements (110). The method for producing at least one molded element (110) comprises: a) providing a semi-finished product (114) in a limp state (I), the semi-finished product (114) comprising a reactive plastic material and reinforcing fibers, the reinforcing fibers being at least partially embedded in the reactive plastic material; b) transferring the semifinished product (114) from the limp state (I) to a malleable state (II) by supplying a first amount of energy, the semifinished product (114) in the limp state (I) having a first degree of conversion, the semifinished product ( 114) in a malleable state (II) has a second degree of turnover, the first degree of turnover being less than the second degree of turnover; c) shaping the semifinished product (114), the geometry of the molding element (110) being impressed on the semifinished product (114), the semifinished product (114) being converted from the malleable state (II) to a dimensionally stable state (III) during shaping ; and d) transferring the semi-finished product (114) from the dimensionally stable state (III) to a rigid state (IV).
