abstract The present invention relates to a combination of drugs and drug doses for reversing in humans, age-related changes in systemic inflammation, cancer risk, risk of heart disease, CD38 expression. , hair color, thymotrophic hormones, immune cell populations, CD4 / CD8 cell ratio, bone marrow density, thymus structure, renal function, and epigenetic age. Unexpectedly, agents that accelerate cell growth reduce the risk of cancer, agents that intensify immune responses attenuate age-related inflammation, agents with no prior link to canitia associated with the inverse age of cancer. Hair color, as well as a combination of agents inducing IGF-1, a hormone previously considered responsible for systemic aging, lead to a reversal of systemic aging as evidenced by an epigenetic clock. According to the present invention, the drug combinations useful in the present invention include human growth hormone (GH) or GH release agents, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and metformin.
