titleOfInvention Aerosol-generating article having rod with multiple longitudinal elongate elements of tobacco material
abstract The present invention provides a rod (12) for use as an aerosol generating substrate in an aerosol generating article, the rod (12) comprising a plurality of elongated tubular members (30) of homogenized tobacco material , which are assembled so that the elongate tubular members (30) extend in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the aerosol generation substrate rod (12) includes an envelope (32) surrounding the plurality of elongated tubular members. The plurality of elongate tubular elements of homogenized tobacco material are aligned substantially parallel to each other within the aerosol generation substrate rod (12).
