abstract The present invention relates to an implantable probe comprising at least one conducting wire (39a, 39b, 39c, 40) and a connector (19), configured to be connected to an implantable medical device (10) of the cardiac stimulation device type, defibrillation or / and neuromodulation, and further comprising a tension reducing device (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900) which extends longitudinally along an axis (C) from 'one end (31) of the connector (19) essentially in the longitudinal axis (A) of the connector (19) and which comprises at least one element (211, 219, 307, 313, 413, 415, 511, 515, 607 , 613, 709, 811a-c, 901a-c) with a deflection wall (215, 313a, 413a, 415a, 511a, 611a, 709a); such that the conductive wire (39a, 39b, 39c, 40) is deflected by the deflection wall (215, 313a, 413a, 415a, 511a, 611a, 709a) of the tension reducing device (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900) so that the deflection wall (215, 313a, 413a, 415a, 511a, 611a, 709a) of the tension reducing device (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900) blocks the conducting wire (39a, 39b, 39c, 40) when the conducting wire (39a, 39b, 39c, 40) is stressed in tension; and the deflection wall (215, 313a, 413a, 415a, 511a, 611a, 709a) extends along an axis (P, P ', T) which is misaligned with the longitudinal axis (C) of the strain relief device (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900). The present invention also relates to a probe connector (19) and a method of manufacturing such an implantable probe (21) comprising a tension reducing device (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900).
