The invention relates to the field of biomaterials and their use, in particular for the production of implants for promoting the growth and recovery of biological tissues. More particularly, the invention relates to a fibrous polymeric material comprising a first layer of aligned fibroin fibers, a second layer of fibroin fibers, the fibroin fibers being randomly oriented within said second layer, a third layer of aligned fibroin fibers; and polymeric scaffolds comprising the same. |
