An object of the present invention is, in an ingredient-containing liquid seasoning, to impart enhanced fermentation feeling andumamitaste peculiar to a fermented food product such as kimchi to an ingredient in the seasoning. According to the present invention, an ingredient-containing emulsified liquid seasoning comprising (A) an ingredient, (B) at least one fat and oil selected from a flavor oil and an edible fat and oil other than flavor oils, (C) lactic acid, (D) a spice or spice extract, and (E) a fermented product is provided. |
