abstract | The present invention falls within the field of medical apparatuses. Disclosed are a method and a device for identifying platelet aggregation, and a flow cytometer, which are used for accurately giving an alarm about a platelet aggregation during blood cell analysis. The method comprises: detecting a pre-treated blood sample by using a flow cytometry technique so as to acquire scattered light signals and fluorescent light signals of the blood sample, wherein the scattered light signals are forward scattered light signals or side scattered light signals; differentiating between ghost particles and white blood cells by using a fluorescence-scattered light diagram generated by the scattered light signals and the fluorescent light signals of the blood sample; and counting a number of particles in a ghost characteristic region in the fluorescence-scattered light diagram of the blood sample and determining whether the number of particles exceeds a threshold value, and outputting a warning of platelet aggregation if the number of particles exceeds the threshold value. |
