The invention relates to a method for the discontinuous production of superabsorber particles by polymerizing an aqueous monomer solution dispersed in a hydrophobic solvent, wherein the reaction is carried out in a mixing tank, the mixing tank can be respectively heated or cooled and the hydrophobic aqueous solution guided to the mixing tank, immediately before entering into the mixing container, is at a temperature of at least 45°C. |
