titleOfInvention | Method for the separation of gaseous components |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the separation of gaseous constituents dissolved in liquid reaction mixtures in the copolymerization of alkylene oxide and carbon dioxide, characterized in that (η) the liquid reaction mixture has a pressure of 5.0 to 100.0 bar (absolute) before the relaxation, the following process steps being carried out in the order given: (i) expansion of the reaction mixture by at least 50% of the applied pressure, (ii) subsequent droplet separation with first foam destruction and (iii) subsequent bubble separation with second foam destruction, whereby the liquid phase is clarified, the process steps (i) to (iii) are carried out one or more times until the resulting reaction mixture has a pressure of 0.01 to <5.00 bar (absolute), and a process for the preparation of polyether carbonate polyols containing process steps (i) - (iii). |
