abstract | The invention relates to a sterilising product for textile products and to a method for obtaining said product, the product being formed by nanocompounds including nanoparticles of natural or synthetic clay, silver ions (Ag+) and organic modifiers for retaining the silver ions in the clay nanoparticles. The product incorporates as additives expander precursors, binding agents and/or functionalising agents. The production method comprises the steps of: reducing the particle size to less than 30 microns; classifying the particles; obtaining laminar nanoparticles in either liquid suspension or powder, or by means of subsequent drying; mixing the resulting powder with silver ions (Ag+); adding expander precursors, binding agents and functionalising agents to the laminar structures; and introducing the precursors and agents into the laminar nanoparticles. |
