abstract |
The invention relates to a method for producing individual dosing quantities (2) of a powdery product (1) by means of a roller dosing device (3). The individual masses of several ejected metering quantities (2) are determined sequentially by means of a measuring device. A mass average value is formed from this and compared with a predetermined inner target mass range. If the mass mean value formed lies within the predetermined inner target mass range, the level of the negative pressure acting on the metering opening (7) in the filling position (I) remains unchanged, and the above-mentioned formation of a mass mean value begins again. If the mass mean value formed lies outside the predetermined inner target mass range, an adapted negative pressure is determined such that the level of the negative pressure is increased if the mass average value is too low and the level of the negative pressure is reduced if the mass average value is too high, and the metering opening (7) is in the filling position with the adjusted negative pressure. |
