New technique for genomic large fragment direct cloning and dna multi-molecular assembly |
abstract |
A method for homologous recombination, the method comprising: processing two or more target nucleic acid molecules by using a first exonuclease, and then performing homologous recombination by using the processed target nucleic acid molecules in the presence of a second exonuclease and an annealing protein, wherein at least one sequence homologous region is shared between the target nucleic acid molecules in which homologous recombination occurs. Further provided is a kit for use in said method. |
