The server (102) is configured for determining a corrective action for the predicted abnormal condition associated with the equipment (106,112) in the automation system (126). The corrective action rectifies the predicted abnormal condition associated with the equipment (106, 112). The server (102) is also configured for outputting the determined corrective action and the predicted abnormal condition associated with the equipment (106, 112) on a user interface.
