abstract Device (1) for dispensing a beverage, comprising at least one container (2) for at least one first liquid and a feed line (3) for a second liquid. According to the invention, the feed line opens into a controllable shut-off valve (6), the shut-off valve being fluidly connected to a mixer (5), at least one controllable metering pump (4) being provided which can be operated in a conveying direction (9), that a pressure sensor (7) is provided for measuring the pressure of the second liquid in the feed line, and that a regulating and control unit (8) is provided which is operatively connected to the metering pump, the pressure sensor and the shut-off valve and which is set up for this purpose, when the output is signaled until the end of the output is signaled, open the shut-off valve and keep it open, use measurement data from the pressure sensor to calculate a flow rate of the second liquid and regulate the metering pump so that a mixing ratio between the first liquid and the second Liquid corresponds to a certain value.
