Compositions in the form of an injectable aqueous solution comprising amylin, an amylin receptor agonist or an amylin analogue and a copolyamino acid |
abstract |
The invention relates to a composition in the form of an injectable aqueous solution, the pH of which is between 6.0 and 8.0, comprising at least: a) amylin, an amylin receptor agonist or an amylin analogue; b) a copolyamino acid bearing carboxylate charges and hydrophobic radicals Hy, said copolyamino acid being formed by glutamic or aspartic units and said hydrophobic radicals Hy having the following formula I: characterised in that the composition does not comprise a basal insulin, the isoelectric point pi of which is between 5.8 and 8.5. The invention further relates to a composition characterised in that it further comprises a prandial insulin. |
