titleOfInvention | Method of production of a branched organosilicone polymerous polynuclear adsorbent of high molecular toxins and this adsorbent |
abstract | The invention relates to the synthesis of an organosilicone adsorbent, which can be used in medicine as an enterosorbent for the removal of organic and toxic metabolites from the body. According to the proposed synthesis, a branched organosilicone polymerized polynuclear adsorbent of high molecular weight toxins is obtained which, according to the analysis carried out by the Si 29 NMR method, contains superimpositions of at least three silicon signals with chemical shift values - 80 ppm, - 100 ppm, - 115 ppm, and the ratio of their integral intensities close to 2: 2: 1. This adsorbent has high adsorption activity, and its synthesis can reduce labor costs, increase the yield of the target product during manufacture and reduce the net cost / cost ratio. |
