The aim of the invention is to provide a novel system for constructing buildings, having the feature of being multilayer, insulating, ductile and light. To this end, the invention relates to a multilayer insulating construction system for a building, characterized in that (a) this system comprises at least one wall combined with at least one layer of hardened insulation, (b) the maximum thickness of the layer of hardened insulation is between 1 and 60 cm, (c) the hardened insulation has a bulk density (BD) in kg/m3 of less than or equal to 450; 300; 250; 200; 150; 100 and better still of between 50 and 300; 150 and 250; (d) this layer of hardened insulation is prepared by mixing, with water, a dry composition (d) comprising: -A- at least one binder including: -A1- at least one hydraulic or air-setting binder; -A2- optionally at least one water retention agent; -A3- optionally at least one surfactant; -B- at least one bio-based granular material based on sunflower stalks and/or maize stalks and/or rapeseed stalks having a bulk density (BD) in kg/m3 of less than 110, preferably of between 10 and 80; (e) this composition having an A/B ratio [weight of binder -A- dry in kg-] / [weight of filler -B- dry in kg] of between 1 and 10. Another subject of the invention is the dry composition making it possible to manufacture, after mixing with water, the layer of hardened insulation of this construction system. The invention also encompasses the process for manufacturing the construction system. |
