titleOfInvention Method of generation of a diagnostic index for alzheimer disease, electronic apparatus for implementation of the method and system
abstract Method of generation of diagnostic index for Alzheimer's disease provides for stimulating subject using transcranial magnetic stimulation with conditioning stimulus and, after first predetermined time interval, with control stimulus and to record amplitude of first motor evoked potential generated as result of such conditioning and control stimuli. Second conditioning stimulus is administered after second predetermined time interval greater than first predetermined time interval, allowing recording amplitude of second motor evoked potential. Third conditioning stimulus is administered using nervous electrical stimulation after third predetermined time interval, allowing recording amplitude of third motor evoked potential generated as result of third conditioning stimulus. Subsequently, method provides for generating diagnostic index on basis of processing of such first, second and third recorded motor evoked potential.
