abstract |
The present invention relates to a positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer for imaging lactate uptake, wherein the tracer is a [18F] -labelled lactate derivative. The invention also provides a process for the radiosynthesis of the [18F]-labelied lactate derivative. The invention further relates to the use of the [18F]-iabelied lactate derivative for imaging lactate uptake in living cells, especially in humans. |
