The invention relates to a method of incorporation of thermo-resistant and/or pressure-resistant organisms in materials for producing a material with viable organisms contained therein, which is remarkable in that it comprises the step of mixing- a matrix selected from a natural or synthetic polymer, and- living or viable spores of micro-organisms, which spores are viable at a pressure ranging from 1,5 to 400 bar or at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 350°C at a pressure ranging from 1,5 to 400 bar,at a temperature between 100°C and 350°C and/or at a pressure between 1,5 and 400 bar, particularly at a temperature of between 100°C and 220°C and at a pressure of between 1,5 and 50 bar resp., wherein said micro-organism is a spore-forming organism that is able to withstand high temperatures and/or high pressures, either subsequently or concomitantly, while remaining viable. |
