abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant protein in a plant, in particular a tobacco plant, preferably Nicotiana benthamiana, comprising the following steps: a) growing the plant in aeroponic or hydroponic, preferably on mobile floats, and under LED lighting, then b) the agro-infiltration of the plant obtained in a), under vacuum, with agrobacteria comprising a DNA fragment coding for the recombinant protein, then c) the return to culture of the plants after step b), under the same conditions as for step a), and then d) extracting and purifying the recombinant protein from the aerial parts of the plants produced in step c).
