A drive assembly (600) for a drug delivery system includes a plunger member (603,604) configured to engage and move a stopper (602) within a container (601), with the plunger member (603,604) having a first position and a second position axially spaced from the first position, a leadscrew (618) configured to move the plunger member (603,604) from the first position to the second position, and a biasing member (609) configured to bias the leadscrew (618) in a rotational direction, where rotational movement of the leadscrew is configured to move the plunger member (603,604) from the first position to the second position. |
