abstract A composition for preparing a poly(imide-amide) copolymer includes an amine-terminated oligomer, a diamine represented by Chemical Formula 1, 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and 4,4'-hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalicanhydride (6FDA), wherein the amine-terminated oligomer is a reaction product or 2,2'-bis-trifluoromethyl-4,4'-biphenyldiamine (TFDB) and terephthaloylchloride (TPCI) and wherein A in Chemical Formula 1 comprises at least two aromatically bound hydroxyl groups. A poly(imide-amide) prepared from the composition, as well as a film and an electronic device including the poly(imide-amide) copolymer are provided: n n        (Chemical Formula 1)     NH 2 -A-NH 2 n n n In Chemical Formula 1, A is the same as described in the detailed description.
