A method for detecting a target molecule includes a step of preparing a plurality of types of specific binding substances that are labeled with a plurality of nucleic acid fragments each having a labeling substance that generates a fluorescence signal of a different fluorescence wavelength, and that each recognize a different epitope, and preparing a plurality of types of first target molecules; a step of binding the plurality of types of specific binding substances to the plurality of types of first target molecules; a step of respectively detecting the plurality of types of specific binding substances; and a step of determining the plurality of types of first target molecules by a plurality of the fluorescence signals corresponding to the plurality of types of specific binding substances. |
