abstract |
The present invention relates to a universal calibration method for the dosing of inhibitors of a single enzyme, for example for the dosing of inhibitors of a blood coagulation enzyme. The invention also relates to the use of this universal calibration in a method for the dosing of a reversible or irreversible inhibitor of the enzyme in a biological sample. The invention further relates to the use of said universal calibration in a method for the screening of inhibitors of the enzyme. |
