The present invention relates to a microfluidic cell culture chip which contains a central module (104) comprising: - a central unit (105), which contains - a support consisting of a non-resorbable membrane (1), - a 3D nanostructured porous membrane (5), comprising at least one protuberance (8), and said 3D nanostructured porous membrane (5) and the at least one protuberance (8) being composed of materials suitable for the culture of two distinct cell types; - a base (106), said central unit (105) being integrated in said base (106), and forming a whole with said base (106). |
