abstract Provided is a tablet which can be easily pinched even for an elderly person or a patient who has a limited range of joint motion, and which is hard to roll even if slipping out of a hand. The tablet 1 includes a three-dimensional tablet body portion 10 and a protruding portion 20 protruding outward in a longitudinal direction of the tablet body portion 10 continuously from a side surface of the tablet body portion 10. The protruding portion 20 has a first protruding portion 21 and a second protruding portion 22 protruding in opposite directions from each other via the tablet body portion 10 . Each of the first protruding portion 21 and the second protruding portion 22 protrudes from the upper portion and the lower portion of the side surface of the tablet body portion 10, and is formed to be narrower as it is away from the tablet body portion 10.
