titleOfInvention Controlling an led arrangement and led illumination system
abstract The invention relates to a control device (1) for controlling an LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La). The control device comprises a current sensor device (3) which is coupled with the LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La) and designed in such a way that it measures a current (lw, lk, lw2, lk2, lb, la) flowing through the LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La) and generates an actual current signal (Uw, Uk, UW2, Uk2, Ub, Ua) representing said current (lw, lk, lw2, lk2, lb, la). The control device also comprises a preferably programmable amplifier (4) which is designed in such a way that it modifies the actual current signal (Uw, Uk, UW2, Uk2, Ub, Ua) coming from the current sensor device (3) with an amplifying factor selected in accordance with an intensity control signal (ISW, ISk, ISW2, ISk2, ISb, ISa). The control device (1) further comprises a constant current source (5) which is designed in such a way that it supplies the LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La) with a defined current (L, lk, Iw2, Ik2, lb, U) using the modified actual current signal (UMW, U Mk, U Mw2, UMk2, U Mb, UMa). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for controlling an LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La) and an LED illumination system (100), in particular an LED lamp (100) with an LED arrangement (Lw, Lk, Lw2, Lk2, Lb, La) and a control device (1) of this type.
