The present invention relates to a nutritional composition comprising at least one fucosylated oligosaccharide foruse in an infant or a young child for reducing and/or preventing later in life excessive fat mass accumulationand/or a health disorder related to excessive fat mass accumulation, wherein said fucosylated oligosaccharide has at least one fucose group attached by an alpha 1,3 linkage, at least one fucose group attached by an alpha 1,4 linkage, or combinations thereof. The invention also relates to nutritional composition for use topromote healthy growth. |
