An implant device is used for maintaining a distraction or compression element consisting of a rod linked to implants (1) by support means, of the type comprising a threaded stud (10) and a head (11) for interaction with a support piece comprising means for attaching and blocking a distraction or compression element. The threaded piece (10) comprises two zones (2, 3), namely a distal end zone (2) having a conical profile and a screw thread (21) with wide turns, configured for cancellous bone, and a proximal zone (3) having a conical profile with a conicity angle (α) smaller than the conicity angle (β) of the distal portion (2), with a narrow screw thread (31), configured for bone cortex, namely comprising sharp, thin, deep screw threads (31), whereas the web (32) is flat. |
