The invention relates to an implant (1) for attaching to a bone (10) with a support structure (2), which comprises at least one securing portion (3) which follows the bone outer structure and is to be attached to the bone (10), wherein a base (4) for receiving a prosthesis directly or by using an intermediate part (abutment) projects from the support structure (2).
