abstract | Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible device and the flexible device manufactured thereby, the method comprising: a step of forming a first electrode layer on a central area, excluding the edge areas of both ends in the widthwise direction, of a substrate; a step of forming an active layer on the first electrode layer by all-over coating the same, while transferring the substrate having the first electrode layer formed thereon; a step of forming a second electrode layer on the all-over coated active layer; and a dividing step of forming unit cells by removing partial areas of the all-over coated active layer, in order to electrically insulate and divide the all-over coated active layer into a plurality of unit cells. The method for manufacturing a flexible device can reduce a variation in the thickness of unit cells through all-over coating, easily establish a standard process, and form cells of various sizes and manufacture modules with various electrical specifications through an easier physical cutting or post-processing process than pattern printing. |
