abstract |
The invention relates to a process for the in vivo production of a target RNA in a host cell comprising providing a microorganism comprising a vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding the target RNA, fermenting the host cell and allowing the DNA sequence to be transcribed into the target RNA, and obtaining the target RNA from the host cell. The process is characterised in that the host cell comprises a vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding an RNase inhibitor. The invention also relates to the vector used in such process and the host cell comprising such vector as well as the use of the vector and the host cell in such process. |
