Organic hole transporting compound using p-doped conjugated polymer electrolyte, organic electronic device using same, and manufacturing method therefor |
abstract |
An organic hole transporting compound and an organic photovoltaic device comprising the same are provided. The organic hole transporting compound has a P-doped structure and an SO 3 - functional group at the end of the main chain of a conjugated polymer, and thus has excellent solubility in alcohol-based solvents. Also, the organic hole transporting compound does not exhibit an acidity, and thus can implement highly-efficient hole mobility with excellent long-term stability, and can be effectively applied to organic photovoltaic devices, etc. |
