titleOfInvention Organic hole transporting compound using p-doped conjugated polymer electrolyte, organic electronic device using same, and manufacturing method therefor
abstract An organic hole transporting compound and an organic photovoltaic device comprising the same are provided. The organic hole transporting compound has a P-doped structure and an SO 3 - functional group at the end of the main chain of a conjugated polymer, and thus has excellent solubility in alcohol-based solvents. Also, the organic hole transporting compound does not exhibit an acidity, and thus can implement highly-efficient hole mobility with excellent long-term stability, and can be effectively applied to organic photovoltaic devices, etc.
