titleOfInvention Implantable attachment device for securing a graft to at least one bone of a joint
abstract The subject of the present invention is an implantable fixation device (1) for securing a graft to at least one bone of a joint, comprising a hollow tubular elongate textile element (2) delimiting an interior volume (3) and comprising a first free end (4) and a second free end (3), and a support element (6) comprising at least two through openings (7,8). Said elongate element (2) has an initial external diameter (d0) (mm) and comprises an inlet (15) in its internal volume and an outlet (16) of its internal volume (3) spaced a initial distance (m0) (mm) delimiting a sleeve (17), the first end (4) of said elongate element (2) being passed through the sleeve (17), so as to form a first loop (20) of which at least one portion (20a) is passed through at least two through apertures (7,8) of said support member (6). The second free end (5) of said elongate member (2) forms a second loop (22) passing through a through opening (7) of said support member (6). The sleeve (17), receiving a portion (2a) of elongate element (2), has an outer diameter at rest (n0) and the distance (m0) and the outer diameter (d0) of said elongate element (2) are determined in that, in operation, a traction exerted on the first free end (4) causes the approximation of the inlet (15) and outlet (16) ports and correlatively the radial expansion of the sleeve (17).
