A method for image support of a minimally invasive intervention with an instrument in an intervention area of a patient performing person, X-ray device, computer program and electronically readable data carriern n n Method for image support of a person performing a minimally invasive procedure with an instrument in an intervention region of a patient, wherein in each case a two-dimensional X-ray image (4) of the engagement region is realized by means of an x-ray device (13) in at least two different projection directions, specific to the intervention, in particular by the person wherein a three-dimensional model data set of the engagement area is reconstructed by iterative reconstruction from the X-ray images (4), whereby at least one of the acquisition geometries corresponding two-dimensional support image (7) determined by at least one additional information by reprojection of supplemented by the additional information model data set and the user is pictured. |
