abstract |
The present invention relates to a multi-phase oral composition for delivering active agent(s) and their benefits to teeth and the oral cavity, preferably comprising a water-in-oil emulsion. The oral compositions comprises from about 0.01% to about 5% by weight of an aqueous phase; a predominant proportion of a hydrophobic phase and at least one oral care active agent in the aqueous phase, wherein the final concentration of the active agent is up to 0.1% by weight of the oral composition. n The present invention also relates to the use of the oral composition and a method of delivering active agent(s) and their benefits to teeth and the oral cavity. The use and the method are based on the oral composition presented herein. |
