The invention relates to a reactive polyolefin hot-melt composition and use thereof in producing composite elements by thin film lamination, especially by vacuum deep draw laminating and IMG-laminating processes. The hot-melt composition comprises at least one thermoplastic silane group containing poly-α-olefin that is solid at 25 °C, at least one non-functionalized amorphous propylene-ethylene copolymer wax having a softening point of not more than 120 °C, and at least one paraffin wax having a softening point in the range from 80 to 130 °C. The invention is also related to a method for producing a composite element comprising a polymeric film and a carrier, to a composite element obtainable by use of the method, and to the use of the hot-melt adhesive composition as adhesive in vacuum deep draw laminating or in IMG-laminating process. |
