titleOfInvention System and method for regenerating muscles, tendons, cartilage and bone by means of autologous micrografts of stem cells, progenitor cells, and cells of the vascular stromal system, and use thereof
abstract The system and method for the regeneration of these tissues is based on the mechanical disintegration of autologous tissues such as dermis, muscle, perichondrium and cartilage of stem cells and other cellular components of the vasculo stromal system (EVS), obtained by mechanical treatment of the sample, and including the fact, first of all, of a disintegration of the tissue, then the filtering of the stem cells, followed by the disinfection of the zone to be treated and the application of the solution obtained as close as possible of the injured area, or by intra-articular injection if the lesion is located within a hinge area. Also concerned is the use of micro-grafts thus obtained for traumatological regenerative therapy, rehabilitation and sports medicine.
