abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the batch or continuous, preferably continuous, production of single- or multi-layer lignocellulose materials, comprising the steps of ix) mixing the components of the individual layers, x) scattering the mixture(s) produced in step i) in order to form a mat, xi) pre-compressing the scattered mat, and xii) pressing the pre-compressed mat at an increased temperature, in that, in step i), the lignocellulose particles (component LCP-1) are mixed with u) 0 to 25 wt% of expanded plastic particles having a bulk density in the range of 10 to 150 kg/m3 (component A), v) 0.05 to 1.39 wt% of binder, selected from the group of the organic isocyanates having at least two isocyanate groups (component B), w) 3 to 20 wt% of binder, selected from the group of the amino resins (component C), x) 0 to 5 wt% of hardener (component D), y) 0 to 5 wt% of additives (component E), z) 0.01 to 10 wt% of trialkyl phosphate (TAP) (component F) for the core of multi-layer lignocellulose materials or for single-layer lignocellulose materials and the lignocellulose particles (component LCP-2) are mixed with aa) 1 to 30 wt% of binder selected from among amino resins, phenolic plastic resins, organic isocyanates having at least two isocyanate groups, protein-based binders, and other polymer-based binders (component G), bb) 0 to 5 wt% of hardener (component H), cc) 0 to 5 wt% of additives (component I), and dd) 0 to 10 wt% of trialkyl phosphate (TAP) (component J) for the cover layers of multi-layer lignocellulose materials. |
