abstract | The invention relates to a discontinuous or continuous method for producing single- or multi-layer lignocellulose materials, containing the steps of (I) mixing the components of the individual layers, (II) scattering the mixture(s) produced in step (I) in order to form a mat, (III) optionally pre-compressing the scattered mat, and (IV) hot-pressing the optionally pre-compressed mat, in that a mixture (component A), containing a1) 50 to 99 wt%, preferably 70 to 97 wt%, especially preferably 80 to 95 wt%, in particular 85 to 92 wt%, of organic isocyanate having at least two isocayanate groups or mixtures thereof and a2) 1 to 50 wt%, preferably 3 to 30 wt%, especially preferably 5 to 20 wt%, in particular 8 to 15 wt%, of organic carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid anhydride, carboxylic acid chloride, or mixtures thereof, and a3) 0 to 49 wt%, preferably 0 to 10 wt%, especially preferably 0 to 5 wt%, of auxiliary agents or mixtures thereof, is used in step (I) for the core of multi-layer lignocellulose materials or for single-layer lignocellulose materials. |
