The invention concerns a vaccine containing determinant 'a' of the HBsAg protein of the HBV virus, subtype adw2, and region 412-425 of E2 envelope glycoprotein of the HCV. The invention further concerns isolated chimeric protein in the form of vaccine, a combination containing chimeric protein, and a method of obtaining the vaccine. Furthermore, the invention concerns a composition containing chimeric protein and an expression vector. |
