abstract |
The present invention provides improved P450-BM3 variants with improved activity. In some embodiments, the P450-BM3 variants exhibit improved activity over a wide range of substrates. Further disclosed are polypeptide and polynucleotide sequences of recombinant P450-BM3 variants as well as associated oxidization substrates. Methods of activity-based high throughput screening (HTP) for enzymatic activity of P450-BM3 variants are further provided. |
