Polycarbonate diol of the present invention has a hydroxyl value of 20 mg-KOH/g to 450 mg-KOH/g, in which a ratio of an ether group to a carbonate group of the polycarbonate diol is 0.01 mol% to 0.7 mol%; the amount of a linear dihydroxy compound having no substituent among dihydroxy compounds obtained by hydrolyzing the polycarbonate diol is 95 mol% or more of the entire dihydroxy compounds; and the average carbon number of the dihydroxy compounds is 3.5 to 5.5. |
