abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for a thermoplastic composite material or a composition of a thermoplastic composite material, characterised in that said matrix thermoplastic polymer is a semi-crystalline polyamide polymer including amide units Z, 10T and 6T; wherein Z corresponds to an amide unit resulting from the condensation of at least one lactam or at least one C6-C14 amino acid, from the condensation of a diamine and a diacid X.Y, X and Y being at C4-C18, in particular at C10-C12, the molar rate of Z being 0.0 % < Z ≤ 30.0 %; 10T is a majority amide unit resulting from the condensation of a C10 diamine, in particular decanediamine, and terephthalic acid, provided in a molar rate of 40.0 % to 95.0 %; and 6T is an amide unit resulting from the condensation of a C6 diamine, in particular hexanediamine, and terephthalic acid, provided in a molar rate of 5.0 % to 60.0 %, and with the condition that the sum of the molar rates Z + 10T + 6T is equal to 100 %. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing said composite material, to the use of the composition of the invention and the polymer for composite material parts, as well as to the resulting material and composite part. |
