titleOfInvention | Method for purifying hydrofluorocarbon compound |
abstract | The present invention is a method for purifying a linear saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound comprising bringing a crude linear saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound having four or five carbon atoms into contact with a hydrous metal salt of a synthetic crystalline aluminosilicate that has a carbon dioxide adsorption amount of 50 µmol/g or less and an average pore size of 3 Å to remove water from the crude linear saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound. The present invention makes it possible to reduce or suppress the production of a dehydrofluorinated compound due to a decomposition reaction of the linear saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound, and to remove water efficiently. |
