A polyisocyanate composition having a polyisocyanate, which is a reaction product of: na polyisocyanate precursor formed of a dimer or a multimer of at least one diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate; and na polycarbonate diol, which is obtained by copolymerizing at least one diol selected from the group consisting of a diol having 2 to 20 carbon atoms and a carbonate compound, in which nthe polyisocyanate precursor has an isocyanurate group and an allophanate group, and nthe isocyanurate group and the allophanate group are present in a molar ratio (the isocyanurate group/the allophanate group) of 80:20 or more and 99:1 or less. |
