The gripper includes: a head (2) for grasping / impinging the implant (1), including: an engagement portion (6) intended to be engaged in the cavity (9) delimited by the implant (1) and to come, in a position of engagement in this cavity, in the immediate vicinity of the wall of the implant (1); this engagement portion (6) comprises a seal (11) sealingly applied against said wall but adapted, when the assembly is placed under vacuum, to let air escape between the implant ( 1) and the engagement portion (6); and a proximal portion (7) of triangular shape, dimensioned so that these lateral faces are inscribed inside the edge of the implant (1); and - said handle (3) manipulation / impaction.n n n The method comprises a step of assembling the implant (1) and the head (2) by depression of the space between the implant (1) and the head. |
